Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Orders $50 and over will not be charged for Standard shipping.

All orders ship within 2 business days! 

Returns:

Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in Original Tags attached 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift card
  • Items that have been damaged, used or worn.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If package arrives damaged, please send us pictures of the item and packaging.  We will review the order and contact you regarding a refund.  

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within seven days of receipt of your merchandise, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take up to 72 hours to process.

Sale items:

Items purchased within the past 30 days may be returned for full refund. Items on close out meaning, top or blouse $20, dresses $25 are not returnable.  Anything that is on sale for 50% or more is not returnable.

Exchanges:

If you receive the item and need a different size we will exchange with you but shipping is your responsibility. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at catwoolway@yahoo.com and send your item to: 141 Market St Suite 2 Collegeville Pennsylvania US 19426.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
